Josef Maxwell is the founder of Episteme Collective and a award winning producer, director and actor. Since he was found and trained under the Wilhelmina Development Group in Austin, Texas, he has starred in numerous commercial and theatrical projects. Frequent collaborator of writer/director Lexx Truss, Maxwell has produced several his projects including ZARINA (Winner of the EMERGE! Film Program from Little Ugly, Vimeo, Dolby & Ghetto Film School), which was hand-picked and mentored by the Oscar nominated Carlos Lopez Estrada (Anti-Gravity Academy). And GUMPTION (TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLES) – Winner of Gold Savvy Award, Avalonia Best Advertisement, Indie Boom Commercial Hand-picked by Steven Soderbergh. He is also directing commercials and music videos while developing his feature.
